Return Process

  Log into your Africanjoyflix account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
